Description

  • modular, pre-fabricated metallic tiles, offered in 5 dimensions:  4"x4", 8"x8", 12"x12", 12"x24" and 24"x24"

  • 0.8mm thick pre-painted aluminium (D-MAX such as duranar XL)

  • installed on a pre-grid modular support for ease of mounting and assembly, known as "Celtec"

Use

  • wall covering use: wall sections, windows, inserts, borders; an unlimited design in modulation for a custom creation!

Assembly model

  • the possibility of different dimensions permits a made-to-measure assembly for a personalized creation;
  • Refer to the 6 mounting options shown in the attached drawings

Standfard Finish Option

  • Standard with a pre-painted 0.8mm D-MAX aluminium material, alloy 5754H42 and pre-painted PVDF type Kynar 500-70% finishes such as Duranar XL with a choice of 7 colours (0.8mm) available in stock: white RAL 9016, Jupiter RAL9006, Neptune, alpha centauri, charcoal, rigel-2 and black RAL9005.

Special Finish Option

note : all these finishes for 0.8mm thickness material are available on special order; minimum of 11 000 sq. ft. required

  • Offered with our pre-painted 0.8mm aluminium, special series such as:

    • EuraBuild series: ultra-metallic, custom colours available (as per RAL chart)

    • EuraDesign series: wood, marble, copper, carbon

    • EuraMica series: iridium changing colours = rainbow = chameleon

    • AluNatur series: brushed, lined, textured

Laboratory Test

  • We have conducted real-time tests on mounting and assembly for the following tests (results available upon request)

    • Structural performance

    • Resistance to air permeability

    • Resistance to water penetration under static pressure

    • Resistance to water penetration under dynamic pressure
