PR-100 Panfab Profile – This new product offers a custom designed, ribbed wall covering.

The designer can “create” a new ribbed profile: straight, square, rectangle, angled, double-angled, multi-angled and or multiple depths. This covering is offered in D-MAX pre-painted aluminium which is a special aluminium alloy designed with high mechanical stability as well as high resistance to salty air; PVDF type Kynar 500-70% finishes such as Duranar XL; comes with a 30 year guarantee.

This product is offered in an “intermediate” price range, but with freedom of design. Standard colours already in stock and special finish options available. Fabricated in a folded, not rolled process; we are able to provide custom width; length can go up to 26,-3”!

Equipment

Folded (not rolled) production with our new double-axis CNC folding machine (folding top & bottom) which can attain a maximum length of 8 metres = 26’-3”!!
Equipped with “unwinder + shears + level-tensioning”, precisely with “slitter + decoiller + straightener”!

Standard finish options

Standard with a pre-painted 0.8mm D-MAX aluminium material, alloy 5754H42 and pre-painted PVDF type Kynar 500-70% finishes such as Duranar XL with a choice of 7 colours (0.8mm) available in stock: white RAL 9016, Jupiter RAL9006, neptune, alpha centauri, charcoal, rigel-2 and black RAL9005.

Special finish options

note : all these finishes for 0.8mm thickness material are available on special order; minimum of 11 000 sq. ft. required.

Offered with our pre-painted 0.8mm aluminium, special series such as:

EuraBuild series: ultra-metallic, custom colours available (as per RAL chart)
